Linear guide sliders are designed to work in conjunction with guide rails and are available in ball-type and roller-type variants. Ball-type sliders offer balanced load distribution in all four directions and low friction, making them suitable for high-speed, precision applications; roller-type sliders feature a larger contact area, providing greater rigidity and superior heavy-load capacity. They support installation in any orientation, allow for preload adjustment to enhance rigidity, and are fitted with dust seals. They are widely used in applications requiring high-precision linear guidance, such as CNC machine tools, automated equipment, robotic arms, laser equipment and testing instruments.
