MA Series

MA-type self-aligning roller bearings feature a double-row, symmetrical drum-shaped roller configuration, fitted with a two-piece, solid, machined brass cage. They utilise an outer ring guidance system, whilst the inner ring is fitted with a fixed centre rib, ensuring stable and reliable roller movement. Compared to the CA type, the MA’s outer ring guidance design is better suited to applications involving severe vibration; this distinguishes it from the MB type, which features an inner ring-guided brass cage, and makes it the preferred choice for vibrating equipment. These bearings are typically configured with C3 or C4 large clearance, making them suitable for harsh environments characterised by significant temperature rises and severe load fluctuations. They are widely used as core support components in mining and construction machinery, such as vibrating screens, vibrating motors, crushers, road rollers and pile drivers, and are self-aligning roller bearings specifically designed for applications involving strong vibrations and heavy impacts.
