The SB200 series eccentric sleeve spherical outer ring bearings feature flat ends on both sides of the inner ring, with no protruding steps. The overall width of the inner ring is narrower than that of the SA200 series, offering an extremely compact installation footprint. Positioning and locking onto the shaft are achieved via an eccentric locking sleeve, ensuring easy installation and removal, and making them suitable for unidirectional rotation applications. The spherical outer ring structure provides self-aligning capability, compensating for coaxiality deviations caused by installation.
With double-sided sealing to prevent the ingress of dust and debris, these bearings primarily carry radial loads whilst being capable of withstanding minor bidirectional axial loads. They are compatible with standard P, F, FL and T-type bearing housings and are better suited to applications with limited installation space than the SA200 series.
They are commonly used in textile machinery, light-duty conveyors, small agricultural machinery, fans and light industrial transmission equipment.
