The E Series self-aligning roller bearings feature an optimised internal structure design, with a double-row symmetrical barrel-shaped roller arrangement. The central rib on the inner ring has been removed, and the bearings are fitted with a stamped steel cage. The roller guidance structure has been optimised to reduce operating friction and improve heat dissipation. These bearings have an open design and require external sealing; they are suitable for both grease lubrication and circulating oil lubrication. Compared with conventional CC-type bearings, the E Series features an optimised contact profile between the rollers and raceways, reducing contact stress, offering higher rated loads, lower operating noise and improved fatigue life; compared with the E1 Series, it is positioned as the basic model and offers outstanding value for money. It is widely used in various medium- to heavy-duty industrial transmission equipment, such as conveyors, fans, cement machinery, mining machinery, general-purpose gearboxes and construction machinery.
