The UCFL200 is a complete unit comprising a diamond-shaped FL-type cast iron bearing housing paired with a UC200 spherical outer ring bearing with set screws. The diamond-shaped housing features two mounting holes, making it suitable for installations where space is limited. The bearing is secured to the shaft by set screws at both ends, allowing for easy installation and removal; the spherical outer ring provides self-aligning capability, compensating for misalignment during installation.
It features double-sided sealing to keep out dust and contaminants. The unit is primarily designed to withstand radial loads, whilst also being capable of handling minor axial loads in both directions. The cast iron housing is robust and can withstand equipment vibration.
